David Abel has more than 40 years of experience in the real estate industry and is a co-founder of both United Realty & Triangle Properties. As a principal of both United Realty and Triangle Properties, he has been a vital part of thousands of real estate transactions including sales, leases, build-to-suits, sale leasebacks, lease with option to purchase, and financing management. Mr. Abel is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and his creativity, industry contacts and vast knowledge are essential to United Realty clients in successfully addressing any and all real estate questions, challenges and opportunities.
