Robert Yaffe was a founding partner of United Realty in 1972. Over the years Mr. Yaffe has been involved in countless and significant real estate transactions representing tenants, owners, buyers and sellers. These include: Estee Lauder Co., NCR Corp, JC Penney Co., K-mart, Reckson Associates, New York State, Zurich Insurance Co. and many others. Mr. Yaffe was also a founding partner of Triangle Properties which is an investment company that owns and manages more than two million square feet of properties consisting of office buildings, shopping centers and industrial buildings.
