Richard Yaffe, a principal of Triangle Properties since 1996, has more than 20 years experience in the real estate and building industries. He handles all aspects of asset management, including lease negotiations, tenant relations, capital improvements, financing and acquisitions. In addition, Mr. Yaffe oversees third-party property management and Triangle's in-house architecture department.

Mr. Yaffe is a Registered Architect and Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York. He is a current member, as well as past Director and Treasurer, of New York Society of Architects. In addition, Mr. Yaffe is a founding Director and current Treasurer of BOME-Long Island (Building Owners and Managers Association). Mr. Yaffe holds a BS degree in Architecture and a Master of Architecture Degree from the University of Michigan.
